- Welcome! Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek at my year of challenges....month by month that is. I believe that the key to big change is small steps, committing to one thing for a month is less intimidating that committing to a full year (anyone else never able to stick with that New Years resolution), and you can use that as a stepping stone to more change. I'm a mom to two busy beautiful kids, wife to a hard working hubby and "pack leader" to a big energetic mutt. If I can do something everyday for a month at a time....so can YOU!
